Sea Turtle Mount and Turtles All the Way Down Achievement
The Sea Turtle mount is one of the coolest mounts in Azeroth!
Look at him, I mean how cute is he!!!
This mount can be caught in fishing pools in Northrend and cata areas including:
Uldum
Twilight Highlands
Tol Barad Peninsula
Howling Fjord
Borean Tundra
Mount Hyjal
Deepholm
Grizzly Hills
Crystalsong Forest
Sholazar Basin
Dragonblight
In water, riding the Sea Turtle gives a 60% increase in your swim speed.
On land, it runs at your normal running speed.
The Sea Turtle is a rare mount so be prepared to do a lot of fishing!
If you are lucky enough to get the Sea Turtle Mount you will also receive the achievement Turtles All the Way Down.
If your still trying to complete the achievement The One That Didn’t Get Away? try fishing in Fangtooth Herring Schools in Howling Fjord for a chance to catch a Dark Herring, which counts toward that achieve, and Sea Turtle at the same time.
