You can buy a Romantic Picnic Basket for 10 Love Tokens from a Lovely Merchant during the Love is in the Air World Event in WOW.
You get Love Tokens by completing Love is in the Air daily quests.
You can pick up the daily quests and find Lovely Merchants in each of the Major Cities of the Horde and the Alliance.
You will also need a Romantic Picnic Basket , or know someone who has one, to get the achievement Lonely?
The Lonely? achievement involves enjoying a Buttermilk Delight with someone in Dalaran at a Romantic Picnic during the Love is in the Air celebration.
