If you throw it at a female the rose will appear in their hair behind their ear.
You can buy 5 Lovely Rose’s for 5 Love Tokens from a Lovely Merchant during the Love is in the Air World Event in WOW.
You can only use Lovely Rose during the Love is in the Air World Event in WOW.
You get Love Tokens by completing Love is in the Air daily quests and turning in Lovely Charm Bracelet’s.
You can pick up the daily quests and find Lovely Merchants in each of the Major Cities of the Horde and the Alliance.
So show someone how much you care by throwing them a lovely rose!
