Gossamer Mix Transmog set

And now for my amazing PVP transmog set for this week!!!
I know it ain’t fancy or sexy, but I just love it!!!

Below is what I am wearing in the pic above:

Chest: Gossamer Tunic
Gloves: Mystical Gloves
Shoulders: Nightsky Mantle
Boots: Gossamer Boots
Belt: Elementalist Belt
Head: Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat
Legs: Archmage Pants

So everyday I go looking at the AH to see if there are any cool new pieces that I can make into an outfit. Ok so the truth is I look like 3-5 times a day, but seriously who’s really counting? Right? It’s not an obsession I swear. I mean it! I don’t have a WOW clothes obsession!!!

Anyways, while looking at the AH one day I found the Gossamer Tunic and fell in love!! It’s not what I normally choose for outfits. It isn’t sexy or flashy or fancy or colorful or unusual, but I just loved the shades of browns and golds together. Like so much of the stuff I pick up in the AH I put the Gossamer Tunic in storage.

A few weeks ago I decided I was tired of my transmog outfits. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love every single one of the sets I have collected, but I was wearing them over and over and wanted something new to look at. I mean I change my PVE and PVP set every week and I was still tired of seeing them.

Maybe I do have an obsession.
Do they make support groups for transmog junkies?

So after deciding I needed to make some new outfits I collected all the pieces I had been buying and put them in one place. The Gossamer Tunic was the first thing to draw my eye and I decided to make my outfit!!!

The tunic is actually part of the Gossamer Regalia set. I looked it up on Wowhead and decided I just didn’t like the way it all looked together. I loved the boots though and it took like a week before they actually popped up on the AH. I think they tie in the shades of brown really well with the tunic. The pants I chose are actually calf length, but the boots were so big you can’t even tell. The gloves I’m wearing are actually purple. But they are so dark they blend in with the outfit and unless you are really, really looking you can’t tell. Truth is I didn’t even realize they were purple till a couple days later! I was trying to find gloves that wouldn’t cover up the pretty sleeves of the tunic.

So there it is.
An explanation for my outfit and the reason I have posted so many new transmog sets this month.
Yes I have an obsession and I just can’t help myself!

And I think I have been rambling most of this post. Have I been rambling? I don’t know. All I know is that it is 3 am and this little warlock needs to go to bed. You can blame the rambling on insomnia. Is that a good excuse for rambling? I don’t know, but that’s what I’m going with
