Shimmering Regalia Transmog Set
This outfit is pretty much the same as the Deep Sea Adventure Transmog Outfit I already posted. The head and staff is the only difference.

Feet: Shimmering Boots
Waist: Shimmering Sash
Hands: Shimmering Gloves
Chest: Shimmering Armor
Legs: Shimmering Trousers
Staff: Pillar of Fortitude
