Jewelcrafting Panther Mounts in Mists of Pandaria

I am super excited about the new Jewelcrafting Panther Mounts coming in Mists of Pandaria.

There are a total of 5 mounts made by jewelcrafters:

Jeweled Onyx Panther
Dawnstone Panther
Emerald Panther
Ruby Panther
Sapphire Panther

These new mounts require level 40 and Journeyman Riding. The mount will fly or run, depending on your riding skill and location.
The Jeweled Onyx Panther, pictured above, is made by crafting the other 4 jewelcrafting mounts into this one.

According to Wowhead each panther takes 5 Living Stone. These stones sell for like 25,000 gold a piece! That’s what the vendor price is so I’m not sure where you actually get these gems, but based on the sell price they are one valuable item! So if you want to add these mounts to your collection you better start saving your money now because I’m betting these beauties are going to set you back quite a bit.

My hubby has already started making gold again on the AH in preparation for all the new mounts and items to buy when MOP comes out.. He really thought he would be done once he reached 1 million gold, but after buying each of us a ton of trading card mounts off the AH he be broke again! Well not broke, but I need him to provide me gold for my mount obsession and we are gonna need a lot for MOP.
