You buy the pet from Nat Pagle, The Anglers Quartermaster, for 250 gold.
I just love all the bubble pets and am glad to have added this adorable goldfish to my collection 
I think I like Fishy better though. I like his spots!
In the picture above, the Tiny Goldfish is under the effects of Papa Hummel’s Old-Fashioned Pet Biscuit. The biscuit doubles a targeted Non-Combat Pet’s size for as long as it remains at its master’s side. The biscuits are a common loot card from the trading cards.
