Huggalon the Heart Watcher
My hubby was looking for one of the riches of Panderia in this cave when he stumbled across Huggalon the Heart Watcher. He was like check this out. I looked over on his screen and saw this big guy in cute pink bow!
We looked him up to see if he dropped anything special. He drops the B. F. F. Necklace. When you use the item on another player they will receive the buff “Best friends forever”. The buff lasts 24 hours, but will disappear if you die. The item has a 24 hour cooldown. The buff is just cosmetic, but I still think it’s cool. Plus Huggalon is just too cute in his big ol’bow!
He can be found inside the Niuzao Catacombs in Townlong Steppes.

As a fun fact: he’s the fifth watcher of VoA, and rounds out all the elements cited in Captain Planet by adding in Heart
