If you are Horde or Alliance head to Shattrath City and pick up the first quest in the chain, Children’s Week, from Orphan Matron Mercy in Lower City.
You will complete a series of quests that will have you traveling around Outland.
The quest chain ends when you return to Orphan Matron Mercy in Lower City with the quest Back to the Orphanage.
Then pick Elekk Training Collar and you will have your new pet.
