When you do unlock the vendor, Ayla Shadowstorm, the mushroom chair cost 400 gold with your reputation discount I believe. It has been a while since I bought this.

It lasts 5 minutes after you set it out and has a 5 minute cool down. So as soon as it disappears you can set it out again.
