Egbert Companion Pet
Egbert is one crazy pet.
To get this pet you have to complete a quest chain during the WOW World Event Children’s Week that you pick up in Shattrath. You must be level 60 to do the quest.
I have already made a post on this particular pet so head on over to the original post to get more details.
He is one of the pets required for the achievement that takes 3 years to get, Veteran Nanny.
In the picture above, the Egbert Companion Pet is under the effects of Papa Hummel’s Old-Fashioned Pet Biscuit. The biscuit doubles a targeted Non-Combat Pet’s size for as long as it remains at its master’s side. The biscuits are a common loot card from the trading cards. You receive a stack of 50 biscuits when you redeem the code and you can stack up to 250 biscuits. Get biscuits for your pets.
Children’s Week World Event Starts Today
Children’s Week starts today and lasts for a week.
You get to care for orphans and collect a number of pets.
When MOP Expansion comes out all pets will be accountwide. You can only get like 4 pets on your toon each year for the Children’s Week event even though there are many more, but if you hop on an alt you can pick up different pets. Then when MOP comes out you can give your main toon the extra pets your alt picked up!
